Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Hydrovac Driver for a full-time, on-site role located in Kilgore, TX. The Hydrovac Driver will operate and maintain hydrovac trucks for excavation, ensuring safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible practices. Daily responsibilities include performing pre-and post-trip inspections, driving to and from job sites, operating hydrovac equipment to excavate safely around utilities, performing general maintenance of equipment, and adhering to company and industry safety protocols. Candidates will actively collaborate with crew members and ensure excellent service delivery to clients. Qualifications Valid CDL license (Class A or B) with tanker and air brake endorsementsProfessional driving experience, preferably operating hydrovac or similar vehiclesUnderstanding of hydrovac operations, excavation techniques, and safety regulationsMechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic equipment maintenanceStrong awareness of safety guidelines and practices, including OSHA complianceExcellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skillsAvailability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtimePrevious experience in the oil and gas or construction industries is advantageousHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred
