Assistant Operations I Highlights The pay for this position is $17.50 per hour. Schedule: Sunday–Thursday | 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM (40 hours/week) Onsite position (Monroeville, PA 15146) This position is a temporary/contract assignment In-person interview required Safety-sensitive role Responsibilities Coordinate, assemble, and package patient medication orders for shipment Retrieve and organize shipping documents and labels Assist with packing and shipping medications; track shipments and report delivery issues Maintain warehouse/pharmacy stock areas in a clean, organized manner Conduct physical inventory and daily cycle counts ; restock pharmacy picking areas Receive non-pharmaceutical supplies via back dock Support purchase orders , receiving inventory, reconciling inventory balances, and selecting supplies under pharmacist supervision Manage pharmaceutical product levels and handle returned goods per SOP guidelines Use computer systems plus Microsoft Word/Excel ; perform data entry as needed Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Active and unrestricted Pennsylvania Pharmacy Technician license (required) High School Diploma or GED (required) Ability to read, write, and understand English Ability to use a computer/10-key; 20 WPM typing preferred Physically able to reach, bend, twist, stoop, walk , and lift up to 50 lbs 1+ year warehouse or purchasing experience preferred; data entry experience helpful Knowledge of packing/shipping with national carriers preferred Ability to operate a pallet jack preferred Benefits Available Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
