A company is looking for a Loan Processor to support its Texas Region by ensuring accurate and compliant processing of loan files.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess residential mortgage loans in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirementsObtain and review loan documentation, submitting complete packages to Underwriting for approvalManage a pipeline of loans, ensuring timely flow and compliance throughout the processRequired Qualifications5+ years of retail loan processing experienceExperience with Conventional and Government (FHA/VA) loans; USDA/Bond/Jumbo preferredFamiliarity with Byte is helpful but not necessaryProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environment
