Ripple & Company is looking for the Sous Chef position on the main floor. Looking for energetic, positive, team-oriented candidates to join us in our unique downtown location. Great opportunity to join a positive work atmosphere with great money-making potential. Requirements: Knowledge of kitchen management skills with prior Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine experience. Team-oriented and great leadership skills. Able to resolve conflicts in a quick and efficient manner. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A strong knowledge of kitchen equipment, cooking skills, and correct sanitation methods. Responsibilities: Develop and train new staff. Assist the Executive Chef with planning and progressing the menu. Provide to support to all kitchen staff positions. Manage the kitchen when the Executive Chef is absent. Adhere to and monitor safety and sanitary regulations. Assist in product orders and Inventory. Full-time position with flexible scheduling.
