Program Manager

We are seeking a highly operational Program Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our accelerator programs, including stakeholder coordination, event planning, administrative tasks,marketing support, and communications. This role works closely with the Associate Director to keep this multi-stakeholder program running smoothly, execute regional pitch events, conference showcases, virtual programming, and special projects within the organization. What You’ll DoProgram Operations & Execution● Manage the day-to-day operations of accelerator programs ensuring programs and events run smoothly and on schedule● Manage program timelines, workflows, and deliverables across stakeholders● Prepare program content including presentations, reports, surveys, and participant-facing resourcesCompany & Ecosystem Engagement● Serve as a primary point of contact for participating companies, mentors, partners and stakeholders, helping foster a strong and engaged community● Manage ongoing communication with startups, including collecting pitch materials, updates, and deliverables● Support outreach and marketing efforts including recruitment campaigns and ecosystem engagementProgram Events● Support planning and execution of virtual and in-person events including showcases, competitions, workshops, conferences, and networking sessions● Coordinate event logistics such as scheduling, materials collection, speaker prep, and run-of-show execution, and vendor communicationSystems & Data Management● Operate and maintain internal systems (CRM, databases, program tracking tools)● Collect and maintain accurate records of company data, program materials, engagement metrics, and keep an updated ecosystem database ● Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiencyCross-Functional Support● Collaborate with leadership on special projects and new program initiatives Qualifications and Skills:● Life science relevant Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university required; Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in life sciences preferred● 2+ years of relevant experience coordinating innovation programs, accelerators, incubators, or multi-stakeholder initiatives● Experienced in applying project management practices to track, prioritize and execute multiple projects and deadlines independently ● Proven ability to manage multiple workflows with meticulous attention to detail● Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment● Ability to develop best practices and processes to increase operational efficiency● Excellent written and verbal communication skills across diverse stakeholders (startups, partners, internal teams)● Experience owning or managing systems (CRM, databases, program tools) and improving processes● Collaborative team player who takes initiative and consistently communicates progress ● Adaptable and responsive to changing priorities● Up to 25% travelPreferred● Experience in life sciences, biotech, or healthcare innovation ecosystems● Experience in executing events and logistics Why This RoleThis is a unique opportunity to take on a hands-on operational role at the center of a global life science innovation ecosystem.
