This role involves providing comprehensive outpatient continuity clinic care and hospital consults, managing various kidney diseases, hypertension, electrolyte disorders, and coordinating dialysis and transplant patient care, with shifts of 8 hours plus call. Responsibilities and Duties Outpatient continuity clinic and hospital consult coverage Diagnosis and management of kidney disease Hypertension and electrolyte disorders management Chronic kidney disease (CKD) management Dialysis and transplant patient management (longitudinal care) Hospital consults (AKI, ESRD complications, etc.) Dialysis coordination and support ICU/ED involvement when needed Additional Information Required Board Certifications: Nephrology EMR: Cerner Schedule: 8-hour shifts plus call Benefits Strong compensation Travel-related expenses covered A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities What are Locum Tenens Jobs?
