Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greenville-Spartanburg-Anderson, South Carolina area for a Heating Air Conditioning Technician. Day-to-day responsibilities include inspecting, diagnosing, and troubleshooting HVAC systems, performing routine preventive maintenance, installing or repairing HVAC equipment, and ensuring compliance with EPA standards and safety protocols. The technician will also be responsible for minor plumbing tasks and maintaining the functionality and safety of related electrical components. Qualifications Proficiency in Troubleshooting HVAC systems and identifying repair needsExperience in performing Preventive Maintenance on heating and cooling equipmentBasic Plumbing and knowledge of minor plumbing repairsKnowledge of EPA regulations and certifications (e.g., EPA refrigerant handling certification)Understanding of Electricity and the safe handling of electrical componentsStrong attention to detail and commitment to safety standardsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamRelevant certifications and professional training in HVAC systems are a plus
