A solid understanding of thermoforming equipment setup and troubleshooting will be crucial, enabling you to optimize machine performance efficiently. Mechanical aptitude is a must, paired with basic math proficiency to perform calculations accurately.Your role will also require forklift operation, so certification is essential. You should be comfortable reading, writing, and speaking English to communicate effectively within the team. Familiarity with computer systems, including MS Office and manufacturing/MRP software, will aid in streamlining processes.Knowledge of quality control principles, Statistical Process Control (SPC), and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) will ensure adherence to excellence. Additionally, PPE compliance and the ability to perform routine maintenance with hand tools are vital.
