Maintenance/Process Engineer

## Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Maintenance & Process Engineer to oversee the maintenance operations within our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance, electronic and electric systems, and mechanical knowledge. ## Duties - Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians - Develop and implement maintenance procedures to ensure efficient operation of equipment - Troubleshoot and repair electrical, electronic and mechanical issues - Read and interpret schematics for equipment repairs - Fabricate parts as needed for machinery maintenance or processes improvement - Implement CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for tracking work orders and spare part inventory - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies ## Experience ### Required Skills: -Bachelors in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering - Strong electrical, electronic and mechanical knowledge - Experience in industrial maintenance practices - Maintenance management experience - Ability to maintain and repair equipment efficiently ### Nice-to-Have Skills: - Leadership skills to guide and motivate the maintenance team This position offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated team in maintaining our facility and production equipment to ensure smooth operations.
