This dual-role position is ideal for someone who enjoys guest interaction, stays active on the floor, and takes pride in keeping the restaurant running efficiently and looking its best.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Host DutiesGreet guests warmly and make a positive first impressionManage waitlists, reservations, and seating flow efficientlyEscort guests to tables and provide menusCommunicate wait times clearly and accuratelySupport personalized service by recognizing guest needs and preferencesAssist bussers in clearing and resetting tablesRotating seating to ensure even distribution of tables to serving staffBusser DutiesClear and reset tables quickly and thoroughlyMaintain cleanliness of the dining room, service stations, and guest areasAssist servers by refilling water, pre-bussing tables, delivering food, and responding to guest needsHelp ensure tables are ready promptly to support smooth seating and service flowGeneral ResponsibilitiesWork closely with hosts, servers, and management to maintain strong communicationMaintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house environmentFollow all sanitation and safety standardsTake initiative to complete necessary tasks without needing to be directedSupport the overall guest experience through teamwork and attention to detailThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the jobs listed above.
