Tour Supply Associate

WHAT YOU’LL DO You will play a pivotal role by providing essential support to our touring merchandise department. This role will involve managing daily tasks, data entry, organizing jobs, and acting as the primary liaison for supply clients. Provide general administrative support for the Touring Merchandise department Perform data entry and maintain records within: AtVenu, Asana, and Google Suite Assist with task management, ensuring timely completion of deliverables Manage and organize client interfaces, including gathering and submitting assets Oversee proof approval process for merchandise production Ensure that invoices are submitted, reviewed and approved on time Maintain meticulous records of jobs and client requests, ensuring a smooth workflow Regularly update tracking systems and monitor task statuses Collaborate cross functionally with both internal and external stakeholders WHAT YOU BRING Understanding of the production process: including vendor sourcing and material handling Familiarity with blank vendor wholesale accounts (e.g., S&S, SanMar, Alphabroder) and the broader supply chain for sourcing Collaborate with the art department and production teams to request long-form estimates and artwork specifications Ability to build floor-ups for quotes and processes, ensuring ongoing project management and communication REQUIREMENTS Highly organized with strong attention to detail Proactive and resourceful - our team understands and utilizes all available tools to provide excellent serviceExcellent task management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities Ability to meet or exceed deadlines Familiarity with platforms such as AtVenu and Asana General understanding of the music industry and more specifically, the touring industry A client satisfaction approach PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 2+ years in an administrative role, particularly in the music or touring industry Experience managing client relationships and overseeing production processes APPLICANT EXPERIENCE We value the candidate experience and want you to know what to expect from the team at Down Right Merch.
