Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Hands on Training Flexible Schedule Base plus Commission Fridays flexibile with work location Career Growth Opportunities Mon-Fri Schedule Evenings Off Requirements Licensing: Active Wisconsin Property & Casualty License is necessary prior to starting. We will reimburse cost if don't currently have licenses. Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a similar field is advantageous. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Customer-Focused: A commitment to meeting and exceeding client needs. Local Presence: Ability to work on-site in Saukville, Wisconsin. Adaptability: Responsive to changing circumstances and customer needs. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets. Market Analysis: Stay informed about the insurance market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice. Documentation: Accurately maintain and manage client information and sales records in compliance with company policies.
