Interesting and challenging tasks, good opportunities for development and the attractive working conditions of a modern company are the basis for long-term working relationships.Your tasks:Develop CNC programs using CAD/CAM software for parts provided by customersSimulate complete machining processes to estimate cycle times, tool paths, and material removal ratesIntegrate MAPAL cutting tools- including solid carbide, PCD, ISO, fine boring, and actuating tools- into simulationsCollaborate with Process Engineers to validate machining strategies and tooling selectionsWork with Fixture Specialists to ensure tool paths avoid interference and accommodate workholding constraintsOptimize programs for efficiency, tool life, and surface finishGenerate setup sheets, tool lists, and simulation reports for internal and customer useMaintain a library of machining templates and tool data for reuse and standardizationSupport trials, prove-outs, and troubleshooting as neededYour profile:Associate or Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field3+ years of experience in CAD/CAM programming and machining simulationProficiency in CAM software such as Mastercam HyperMill, Siemens NX, Creo CAM, or Autodesk Fusion 360Experience with 2D/3D CAD tools such as BricsCAD and CreoStrong understanding of CNC machining principles, cutting tool technology, and G-codeFamiliarity with MAPAL tooling or similar high-performance cutting toolsAbility to interpret complex part drawings and process documentationStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesExperience simulating machining processes for automotive, aerospace, of fluid power componentsFamiliarity with digital twin or virtual machining environmentsWe offer:Market competitive salaryBenefit eligibility and vesting that start on your 1st day with us!
