Provide on-the-job retraining as required.Assist in providing management reports and documentation of key measurable as requiredMaintain a system of communicating ongoing departmental performance to subordinates on a regular basisEnsure good housekeeping for the department and that all areas responsible are tidy and organized at all timesEnsure subordinates follow Company policies on Health, Safety & Environment and PPE requirementsContribute to the continuous improvement initiatives on all aspects of the job and to encourage all subordinates to do the same Martinrea International Inc. is proud to provide employment accommodation during the recruitment process.
