All positions and services now fall under the Ohio Department of Behavioral Health as we move forward in serving individuals, families, and communities across the state.What you'll do at DBH:Participate in the development of treatment plansCharting, documentation, records, and reportingOrganizing and conducting patient group activitiesTransport of patients to off-site appointmentsParticipating in appropriate interventionsThis is an hourly position covered by the OCSEA/AFSCME bargaining unit (union), with a pay range of #7 on the OCSEA Pay Range Schedule. Normal working hours/DAYS/SHIFT(s) are variable and are as needed. This position is located with our CSN Program in Cuyahoga County.Unless required by any applicable union contract and/or requirements of the Ohio Revised Code, the selected candidate will begin at Step 1 of the pay range schedule listed above.Formal education in arithmetic that includes addition & subtraction & in reading, writing & speaking common Englishvocabulary. In Department of Developmental Disabilities, must also possess a high school diploma or a certificate of highschool equivalence pursuant to Ohio Administrative Code 5123:2-3-01(F) (1) (c).Or in positions at Veteran Services in addition to above must possess STNA certification &/or listed on Ohio Nurse AideRegistry.For positions that require operation of motor vehicle to transport consumers to recreational, educational &/or occupationalactivities, a valid driver's license is required.* Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above.Job Skills: Direct Support/Direct CareRequired Educational TranscriptsOfficial transcripts are required for all post-secondary education, coursework, or degrees listed on the application.
