This is a unique opportunity to share your passion for tree care while enhancing the skills, performance, and productivity of other team members within your office.To learn more about life at Bartlett, visit our Instagram @LifeatBartlett.Responsibilities As a Group Arborist Leader, you will play an important role in:Performing and supervising all aspects of arboriculture safely, including: PruningCable and bracingSpraysMovesProperly maintaining and handling equipment (hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts)Bringing a cooperative and enthusiastic attitude to the workplaceSupervising and directing crews while performing tree care services, as directed by the arborist representative and local managerEnsuring that each crew member receives the appropriate training for each assigned taskEnsuring that all arboriculture work is performed in accordance with industry and company standardsCommunicating, answering questions, and establishing relationships with customersQualifications Passion for nature, the environment, and the outdoorsAbility to pass a criminal background checkAt least three (3) years of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift experience in the tree care industryValid drivers license and clean motor vehicle record (Class B CDL preferred)Ability to work outdoors year-round in any weather conditionsProven initiative, positive attitude, team orientation, and self-motivationThe F.
