Chamber Media is growing our sales team and looking for an Account Executive with experience selling marketing, advertising, and creative solutions.This role is ideal for someone who understands paid media, creative strategy, and how to help brands grow through smart advertising. You'll work closely with prospects and internal teams to guide leads through the sales process and turn opportunities into long-term partnerships.What You'll DoManage and convert inbound leads through consultative sellingSell paid media services, creative packages, and performance-driven marketing solutionsConduct discovery calls to understand client goals, budgets, and growth challengesBuild proposals and recommend strategies aligned with client objectivesNegotiate contracts and close new businessMaintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in the CRMCollaborate with marketing, creative, and media teams to ensure smooth handoffsWhat We're Looking For1-3+ years of experience in sales, ideally in advertising, marketing, or mediaWorking knowledge of paid media (Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Google, etc.)Experience selling creative services, media retainers, or performance marketing is a big plusStrong communication and relationship-building skillsComfortable managing multiple deals at once in a fast-moving environmentSelf-motivated, organized, and proactive
