Our team of compassionate professionals are united by one goal: meaningful progress for every child and family we serve.Position OverviewDragonfly Cares is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide individualized in-home services for children with autism and developmental disabilities. This role is ideal for a BCBA who is passionate about supporting diverse families and helping ensure accessible, high-quality care within the home and community.What You'll DoProvide individualized behavioral instruction in-homeConduct Assessments and develop Individualized ABA treatment PlansConduct parent counseling training (PCT) sessions, equipping families with strategies to support their child's developmentMonitor and document client progress, adjusting interventions as needed for optimal resultsCollaborate with parents, caregivers, and clinical directors to ensure comprehensive supportMaintain detailed records, including progress reports and intervention outcomesStay informed on the ethical standard and latest advancements in ABA practicesDragonfly Cares provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetics, veteran status, or any other protected status.
