This role is perfect for someone who loves Korean beauty products, enjoys working with customers, and can confidently lead and motivate a sales team.As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting daily store operations while serving as a role model for the sales team.Key Responsibilities:Lead and support the K-Beauty sales team on the floorProvide expert knowledge and recommendations on K-Beauty productsDeliver outstanding customer service and build strong customer relationshipsTrain and coach team members on product knowledge and sales techniquesAssist with visual merchandising, inventory, and product launchesHelp achieve and exceed sales goalsCommunicate effectively with store managementQualifications:Previous retail or beauty sales experience (K-Beauty experience preferred)Leadership or team-lead experience strongly preferredPassion for skincare, cosmetics, and K-Beauty trendsStrong communication and customer service skillsSpanish and Portuguese speaking preferredAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentFlexible availability, including weekends
