Senior Endur Developer – ETRM IntegrationsTitle: AVP/VPLocation: Remote / Hybrid (NYC/Houston)Mode of Work: 3 days/week onsite requiredRequired Experience: 10+ yearsRole OverviewClient – Commodities Trading Platforms at a global investment bank.We are looking for a seasoned Endur Developer with deep expertise in OpenLink Endur (ION Endur) development and complex system integrations within the Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) domain. This is a hands-on technical role responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and integrating Endur with upstream/downstream systems to support front-to-back trading, risk, settlement, and reporting processes for a global energy/commodity trading desk.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end development and customization of Endur modules (Deal Capture, Risk Analytics, Physical/Futures Settlements, Credit, VaR, MTM, etc.)Design and implement high-volume integrations between Endur and external systems (SAP, Allegro, RightAngle, CTRM platforms, Data Lakes, ERP, Risk engines, Power/Gas exchanges, Clearing houses)Develop and maintain real-time and batch integration solutions using Endur APIs, Web Services (SOAP/REST), OpenLink SDK, Java/.NET extensions, Endur Script, and middleware (MuleSoft, Kafka, IBM MQ, Tibco, Boomi)Build and optimize ETL pipelines for trade, position, price, and reference data flowsCreate and enhance custom reports, dashboards, and analytics using Endur Reporting Framework, JasperReports, and Power BI/TableauPerform performance tuning, code optimization, and troubleshooting of complex integration issuesEnsure compliance with audit, SOX, and regulatory requirements (CFTC, MiFID II, EMIR, Dodd-Frank)Collaborate with business analysts, quants, traders, and operations teams to translate ETRM requirements into technical solutionsMentor junior developers and lead small integration podsRequired Skills & ExperienceMust Have (10+ years total IT experience with at least 7+ years in Endur/ETRM)Strong hands-on experience in Endur development (Versions 6.x, 7.x, 8.x, or ION Endur)Expert-level knowledge of ETRM business processes (Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, Risk Management, Physical & Financial Settlements)Proven track record in designing and implementing complex integrations (real-time & batch) with Endur as core systemProficiency inEndur Script, OpenLink SDK, Java/.NET extensionsWeb Services (SOAP, REST, JSON)Middleware & Integration tools (MuleSoft, Kafka, ActiveMQ, or similar)SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle, SQL ServerXML, XSLT, EDI, and file-based integrationsDeep understanding of commodity markets (Power, Gas, Oil, Renewables, LNG, Metals, Agriculture)Good to HaveExperience with other ETRM platformsCloud integration experience (AWS, Azure – especially with Endur on cloud)Knowledge of DevOps practices (CI/CD, Jenkins, Git, Ansible)Familiarity with Python, PowerShell, or automation scriptingEducation & CertificationsBachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldION/OpenLink Endur certification (highly preferred)Any ETRM or integration certifications are a plusBenefits & CompensationHealthcare insurance for you and your family (medical, dental, vision).Short / Long term disability insurance.Life Insurance.Accidental death & disability Insurance.401K.3 weeks of Paid Time Off.Support and fee coverage for immigration needs.Remote office set up stipend.Support for industry certifications.Additional cash incentives.Re-skilling opportunities to transition between technologies.ScheduleMonday to FridayWork ModeRemote/HybridJob TypeFull-timeEEO StatementWe value candidates who can execute on our vision and help us build an industry-leading organization.Graduate-level degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical fieldWissen embraces diversity and is an equal opportunity employer.
