With one of the largest fleets in Florida and a team of over 250 skilled professionals, we are committed to delivering top-quality plumbing solutions safely and efficiently.What We Offer You: Excellent Hourly Rate $38+Full Benefits Package – with Union LocalNew Take Home Truck and Gas CardThe Latest Technology and a Work PhoneYour Responsibilities: Lead and execute special projects, including complex installs, remodels, tenant build-outs, and fast-paced or high-priority jobsInterpret drawings, specs, and field conditions to problem-solve and adapt in real timeServe as the field leader and key point of contact between project management, customers, and field teamsCoordinate manpower, materials, and scheduling to meet tight deadlines and evolving scopesEnsure all work is performed in compliance with commercial plumbing codes and safety standardsConduct jobsite safety inspections and implement corrective actionsMaintain accurate and timely reporting for labor, materials, and project progressMentor and develop plumbers, helping elevate skill levels across the teamMaintain a high level of professionalism with customers, especially in sensitive or occupied environmentsRequirements: 5+ years of experience as a Foreman or Lead on complex or specialty plumbing projectsProven ability to manage non-standard scopes and fast-moving project environmentsStrong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, codes, and best practicesOSHA 30-hour certification requiredAbility to read and interpret blueprints, specs, and field layoutsStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsHighly motivated, adaptable, and solution-orientedAbility to handle pressure and shifting priorities while maintaining quality and safetyEqual Employment Opportunity StatementAckerman Plumbing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
