Accounts Receivable Specialist (Legal) | Fully RemoteA leading global law firm is looking to add an Accounts Receivable Specialist to its finance team. This is a great opportunity for someone with law firm experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and wants to be part of a highly collaborative team. This role will focus on cash applications, resolving unapplied payments, and supporting billing and collections teams to ensure accurate and timely revenue processing. What you'll be doing:Applying cash and maintaining accurate A/R records Investigating and resolving unapplied or unidentified payments Partnering with billing and collections on account inquiries Supporting write-offs, reversals, and reallocations Managing internal requests and ensuring timely resolution What we're looking for:2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience Prior law firm experience strongly preferredExperience with Aderant is a plus Strong Excel skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities If you're interested in learning more, please apply directly.
