Occasional weekend shifts may be offered to support additional sales opportunities.Career Growth: We believe in promoting from within and provide real opportunities for advancement.Stability: Join a company with over 100 years of history and a reputation for excellence.Comprehensive Benefits: We offer a competitive benefits package to support you and your family.ResponsibilitiesYour Key Responsibilities:Lead Development: Identify and qualify leads for new machines or parts and service, collaborating with and forwarding opportunities to our outside sales teams.Promote Dealership Solutions: Champion all aspects of the dealership by selling machines, parts, service, labor, and customer service agreements.Customer Engagement: Maintain a consistent call cycle, striving for a minimum of 120 calls per week to connect with and support your customers.Account Management: Proactively manage and qualify an account base in assigned territories, primarily using the telephone to update customer information and develop strong relationships.Needs Analysis: Uncover customer needs and provide tailored solutions to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.Data Integrity: Meticulously maintain an accurate customer account database and machine population to support targeted sales and marketing efforts.QualificationsWhat We're Looking For:A fit with Quinn Company's performance-driven culture and values of Safety, Integrity, Relationships, Teamwork, Respect and Quality.Spanish fluency is required for this role.A bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, along with two to three years of business-to-business sales experience, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.A self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.Quinn is an Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/V/DV
