This position works as a liaison between site associates and/or departments and other Hexion support services.Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities(This job description indicates representative responsibilities and specifications of the position and should not be considered to necessarily represent all responsibilities and specifications of the position): Provides Administrative support to the Springfield EH&S teamProvides administrative support using a high degree of autonomy and considerable judgement when provided with highly confidential and sensitive informationHandle recurring situations and initiates independent action on assigned projects including coordinating events and/or meetings, schedules, presentations, reporting, invoicing, other administrative dutiesAssists with department/site-wide announcements or mailings (public and confidential), includes sorting and distribution details.Maintains new associate/contractor safety orientation database & uploads tests to electronic fileBooking appointments for pre-employment, training or EHS itemsProvide oversight of the site’s document control process as part of the quality management systemCollects, logs and files permitsUpdated SDS manuals as needed, maintains copies for breakroomPerform EHS tasks to include administrative management and additional responsibilities as needed and directed by the site EHS Manager Accounts Payable/ReceptionScans and logs Compliance Calendar documents to electronic filesMaintain office & breakroom supply inventoryCreate flowcharts, templates, spreadsheets – upon request of managers/supervisorsRuns budget analysis reports & updates spreadsheetArranges meeting and event reservations/mealsHelps archive documents based on retention schedule Maintenance/EngineeringFile and scan WO to SAPScans & uploads documents/manuals/drawings to work orders in SAPOrganizational RelationshipsCoordinates Duties With Other Site Administrator.
