The Insights team is the throughline across all Elevate's verticals, charged with delivering data-backed strategic roadmaps that answer our clients' biggest questions.We may also consider applicants that are at the Sr. Manager level and would calibrate the role accordingly.As a Manager, Insights you will serve as the integrating layer between client problems and high-quality delivery. From day one, you will own client relationships, translate complex challenges into structured workplans, drive day-to-day project execution, and ensure every deliverable tells a clear, compelling story. You will build financial models, mentor junior team members, and present strategic recommendations directly to senior client stakeholders. This role spans a range of Elevate service lines, including hospitality strategy, partnership sales and valuation, brand representation, and venue feasibility.This role is preferably based in one of Elevate's offices (Charlotte, New York, Santa Clara, or Nashville), but remote candidates will also be considered. This role requires the ability to travel, with flexibility for evening and weekend engagements as needed.What You’ll DoEngagement Execution & Problem-SolvingLead workstreams and manage day-to-day project execution, defining deliverable structure, timelines, and quality standardsApply structured, hypothesis-led problem-solving to break down complex client challenges and develop actionable recommendations grounded in rigorous analysis and client contextBuild and oversee financial models to inform business opportunities, pricing strategy, revenue forecasting, and partnership valuation — including jewel asset valuation and rate card evaluationIncorporate relevant external benchmarks to strengthen the case for change and inform target-state designResearch, Analysis & Stakeholder EngagementLead survey development and execution end-to-end: design, content development, fielding, analysis, and reportingFacilitate client and stakeholder interviews and focus groups, synthesizing findings into strategic insightsConduct rigorous secondary research on teams, venues, competitors, market trends, and industry dynamicsLeverage data, digital platforms, and emerging AI capabilities to accelerate analysis and enhance deliverable qualityStorytelling & DeliverablesCraft compelling narratives through polished slide decks, data visualizations, and written recommendations that move clients to actionPresent findings and strategic recommendations to senior client stakeholders, translating complex data into clear, concise insights for non-technical audiencesEnsure all work products meet a consistently high standard of analytical rigor and visual qualityTeam DevelopmentMentor and develop analysts and interns across technical, analytical, and professional competenciesProvide ongoing coaching, feedback, and direction to project team membersSupport recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new Insights team membersExperienceWHAT YOU’LL BRING:5+ years of professional experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or an equivalent role at a leading organizationSports or entertainment industry experience is a plusSkills & CapabilitiesStrong financial modeling and quantitative analysis skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel and Google SheetsDemonstrated ability to structure ambiguity, develop frameworks, and manage complex projects from kickoff through deliveryProven experience building client relationships and managing external stakeholdersExceptional storytelling skills — ability to translate data-driven insights into polished decks and persuasive presentationsStrong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively present to senior audiencesProficiency across MS Office and Google Drive suitesAI-savvy: actively exploring and applying generative AI and emerging tools to improve workflows, analysis, and client deliveryAttributesIntellectual curiosity, creativity, and meticulous attention to detailResults-driven with exceptional organizational skills and the composure to manage concurrent engagements under deadline pressureA natural mentor — motivated to develop junior team members and elevate team performanceCollaborative and adaptable, ready to flex across varied responsibilities depending on engagement needsPosition DetailsFull Time, Exempt: Anticipated Salary $90,000 - $100,000 + BonusMedical, Dental, Vision, Life, Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Insurance + FSA, HSA, and more401k Employer Match after meeting eligibility requirementsUnlimited PTO, Paid Parental LeaveThis is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
