Level 2 Program Planner
We have an opportunity for a Level 2 Program Planner in Littleton, CO to join our mission supporting Global Security. Summary of Key Duties
Maintain schedule integration between the IMS and the Program Summary Master Schedule and supplemental schedules
Work with Finance and Business operations, and Program Management while working with the entire planning team to translate authorized customer requirements into the performance measurement baseline
Develop compliant Integrated Program Schedules which accurately validate the flow, budget, and resources required to execute contractual scope and overarching program strategy
Perform schedule integrity checks, critical path and schedule risk analyses
Ensure all commitments are tracked, monitored and statused
Generate and delivery IMS reports and metrics
Utilizes performance and health metrics analyses to drive actions resulting in improved program performance
Ensure compliance with LM Corporate Program Performance Management and Program Planning policies and practices
Basic Qualifications
Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant professional experience in planning or scheduling
Experience in a project management schedule networking tool such as Open Plan (preferred), Primavera, Artemis, MS Project, or another comparable scheduling/planning tool
Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and practices including Cost/Schedule Integration and Earned Value Metrics
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
Must be a United States citizen and be able to obtain a TS/SCI clearance
Desired Skills
Bachelor degree preferred
Active TS/SCI security clearance
Experience with critical path analysis
Experience of the Program Performance Management Process
Demonstrated competency in integrating cost/schedule
Ability to work independently as well as part of an integrated team
Strong sense of follow‑up and closure with attention to detail
Self‑starter able to operate with minimal guidance

Security Clearance Statement
This position requires a government security clearance. You must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: TS/SCI.
Schedule & Compensation
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in Colorado is $63,800 - $112,470. This is a general guideline; salary will reflect work location and other factors.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
