Ferretti Search is delighted to partner with a growing organization to locate their next Payroll AdministratorLocation: Warren, Michigan (100% On-site) Compensation: $24/hr- $26/hr Schedule: Full-time, on-site Whats in it for you?Stable & Collaborative Team: Join an established payroll group supporting a large multi-state employee population Fast-Paced Environment: Opportunity to gain exposure to high-volume, weekly payroll operations across multiple states Growth Opportunity: Work closely with HR and payroll leadership in a role offering long-term development potential What will your day look like?Weekly Payroll Processing: Support payroll processing for 1,000+ hourly and salaried employees across multiple states Payroll Coordination & Accuracy: Review timesheets, resolve discrepancies, and communicate directly with managers and field leadership regarding payroll issues, bonuses, and adjustments Administrative & Team Support: Maintain payroll records, assist with reporting, and partner with payroll and HR teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Who are you?Payroll Professional: 23 years of payroll experience with exposure to high-volume or weekly payroll environments Detail-Oriented & Organized: Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and urgency in a fast-paced setting Team-Focused Communicator: Positive, collaborative professional with strong follow-up and customer service skills Application & Contact Information If this role isn't a perfect match for you, that's okay!
