Wave Machine OperatorNesco Resource is seeking Wave Machine Operators for our client, a provider of electronic manufacturing services specializing in printed circuit board assembly, box build, and testing solutions. With over 40 years of experience, they partner with clients across diverse industries to deliver high-quality, innovative electronic products. Their state-of-the-art facility and skilled team ensure that they meet the highest standards of precision and reliability in electronics manufacturing. This is a 1st Shift, Monday-Friday position. Shift time is 7 AM-3:30 PM. Pay rate is $20 to $24 an hour, depending on experience.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for operating various manual and automated equipment in the production processSet up machinery and ensure all production materials are availableOperate and monitor equipment and replenish materials as neededVisually inspect production run and document resultsDetermine and report malfunctions to appropriate partiesMaintain cleanliness of equipment and assigned areasUtilize computer systems to track and locate production unitsProduces quality work meeting company and customer standardsQualification RequirementsAbility to operate manufacturing equipmentKnowledge of industrial technology is a plusBasic math skills and reading comprehensionEducation and Experience1-3 years of general work experience requiredPrior production/manufacturing machinePrevious experience within high-speed industrial environmentNesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
