Interventional Radiology Location: Phoenix, AZ Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,617 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/6/2026 About the Position Job Title: Interventional Radiology Technologist Profession: IR Technologist Specialty: Interventional Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12H Days Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Required Certifications: BLS Certification, Certified Radiologic Technologist - ARRT (R) Must-Have: Level I trauma experience required Scrub experience preferred Experience with sedation cases preferred Description: This position involves working in interventional radiology suites. There are general IR suites, a spine IR room, and neuro endovascular suites. The cases handled may include GI/GJ tubes, ports, angiograms, lumbar punctures, myelograms, nephrostomy tubes, stents, IVC filters, and blood patches. Neuro endovascular procedures such as embolizations and stroke treatments are also performed. The average number of cases per day ranges from 5 to 10. Weekends may require some availability for shifts on Saturdays. Shifts typically occur during the day on weekdays, with start times ranging from 8:30 AM to 9:00 AM. There is no call requirement or floating outside of radiology. A team consisting of 2 RNs and RT scrubs will assist during sedation cases. The charting system in use is Cerner. Candidates must be pre-closed on pay and location prior to the interview. Candidates with neuro experience are encouraged to apply, though it is not mandatory.
