Program Manager – Contact Center Transformation (NICE / Genesys)

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead enterprise-wide Contact Center transformation initiatives using NICE or Genesys platforms.The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in contact center technologies, program governance, and enterprise integrations, with the ability to drive large-scale digital transformation initiatives across business and technology teams.Required Qualifications12+ years of experience in Program Management, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Technology Delivery.Proven experience implementing enterprise contact center solutions using NICE or Genesys platforms.Strong understanding of contact center architecture, telephony systems, IVR platforms, and customer engagement technologies.Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination skills.Excellent communication, reporting, and executive presentation abilities.Need experience in the Life Insurance & annuities industry.PMP or Agile certifications.
