Sales Specialist - Industrial IoT (IIoT) FocusThe Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with a strong interest in how technology transforms traditional industries. You have the ability to identify influencers and key decision makers within manufacturing and heavy industrial accounts. You will discover qualified opportunities by navigating complex organizational structures, building rapport with maintenance managers and plant engineers, and establishing long-term relationships.Responsibilities• Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation by identifying potential clients in sectors such as Manufacturing, Energy, and Food Processing.• Articulate the value of Predictive Maintenance and Real-time Monitoring solutions to both technical and business stakeholders.• Update and manage all sales activities and account information in CRM (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot) to ensure a seamless handoff to AE teams.• Consistently achieve monthly quotas for qualified meetings and high-value industrial leads.Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a STEM-related field (Engineering/Tech background is a plus).• 1 - 2 years' experience in B2B sales; experience selling Industrial Hardware, SaaS, or Technical Services is highly preferred.• Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business benefits.• Excellent persistence and "hunter" mentality, with the organization to handle long sales cycles typical of industrial accounts.
