??Your Role:
Provide holistic primary care across all age groups ????????
Take detailed patient histories and conduct thorough assessments
Develop, implement, and monitor treatment plans
Conduct well-care exams & gynecological assessments
Prescribe medications and educate patients on usage
??Requirements:
? Master's Degree in Nursing (Physician Assistant)?2+ yearsexperience in a Primary Care setting? NY State PA License + Certifications? ActiveDEAlicense? CurrentBLScertification?Medicaid number(Preferred)
