The ideal candidate has strong industrial maintenance experience, can read schematics and blueprints independently, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced plant environment.Responsibilities:Troubleshoot electrical, PLC, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic circuitsInstall and troubleshoot electrical/electronic controls on machines and equipmentRead and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, sketches, and verbal instructionsPerform basic mechanical repairs on production equipmentDismantle electrical machinery and replace defective electrical or mechanical partsInstall, test, repair, and adjust electrical fixtures, apparatus, wiring, panels, breakers, conduit, motors, transformers, and lighting fixturesUse appropriate tools and testing instruments to diagnose and repair equipment issuesSearch for parts and enter work orders using a CMMSSupport lower-level technicians when neededFollow safety, quality, and production standardsRequirements:Associate degree in a technical field required5+ years of relevant electromechanical, industrial maintenance, or manufacturing maintenance experienceExperience troubleshooting electrical, PLC, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic circuitsAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprintsExperience using a CMMS to enter work orders and/or search for partsKnowledge of electrical power and water distribution systemsAbility to perform basic mechanical repairsMust be able to work fully onsite in Ripon, WIMust be able to work Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:00 PMMust be able to pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background checkMust be able to lift at least 50 lbs.Benefits:Stable manufacturing environmentPaid vacation in the first yearTuition reimbursementMedical, dental, and vision plans401(k)Paid holidaysLife insuranceLong-term disabilityAnnual wage increasesSafety and attendance recognition programs
