This role requires hands‐on experience across modern web and mobile technologies, cloud infrastructure, and scalable system design.NoteClaude Code experience is mandatoryKey ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Feature OwnershipIndependently design, develop, and deliver medium to high complexity featuresEnsure scalability, performance, and alignment with business objectivesFront-End DevelopmentBuild responsive, high-performance UIs using React & React NativeEnsure seamless integration with backend servicesDevelop backend systems using C#, TypeScript, Ruby on RailsBuild and maintain RESTful APIs & microservices architectureEnsure reliability and scalability of distributed systemsWork with AWS services: ECS, EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CloudWatchImplement Infrastructure as Code using TerraformDatabase DevelopmentDesign and optimize databases using SQL & PostgreSQLEnsure high performance, data integrity, and scalabilityContribute to architectural decisions and system designApply best practices for scalable, maintainable systemsMentor junior developers and conduct code reviewsCollaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineering teamsProcess LeadershipDrive best practices: CI/CD, automated testing, version controlImprove development processes and team efficiencyTechnical StrategyEvaluate new tools, frameworks, and technologiesInfluence long‐term technical direction and scalabilityRequired QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field5+ years of software development experience3+ years in a technical leadership roleStrong expertise in:React & React NativeC#, TypeScriptREST APIs & MicroservicesExperience in Agile/Scrum environmentsStrong understanding of system design and architectureProven experience with:Automated testingCode reviews & documentationStrong leadership, communication, and collaboration skillsAbility to work independently with high accountabilityPreferred QualificationsExperience with tools like Azure DevOps, Freshworks#J-18808-Ljbffr
