This responsibility includes interfacing with clients/families/employees to ensure quality service delivery. Coordinates and ensures the scheduling of client cases on a daily basis. This includes selecting the appropriate caregiver, communicating with the family or client on an ongoing basis regarding staffing. This is a full-time, in office position.Primary Responsibilities:Assists in the process of interviewing and hiring of caregivers and participates in the orientation of new caregiversProcesses payroll for caregivers on a weekly basisAnticipates staffing needs and works with the Executive Director and/or Business Manager to ensure that an adequate pool of employees is maintainedParticipates in the on-call rotation of the agencyYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:Proven ability to coordinate many activities at one timeProven solid customer service skillsPreferred Qualification:Scheduling and data entry experiencePay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $17.74 to $31.63 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
