Key Responsibilities Design, deploy, and manage the company's infrastructure across various platforms. Collaborate with software developers to ensure seamless deployment and scalability of applications. Monitor system performance, optimize server resources, and ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability. Handle system backups, redundancy strategies, and disaster recovery planning. Update and maintain documentation on systems, procedures, and configurations. Diagnose and rectify network and system issues. Evaluate and recommend new software, hardware, and infrastructure solutions to meet business needs. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline. Proficient in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience with virtualization tools (e.g., VMware, Hyper‑V) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with networking, including VPNs, proxies, and firewalls. Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix and Windows Server environments. Ability to script in one or more languages (e.g., Bash, Python, PowerShell). Certifications in systems administration, networking, or cloud platforms. Experience in the promotional product industry or other SaaS-based companies.
