Key Responsibilities: Organize and supervise daily office procedures and services. Monitor billing staff attendance and address policy adherence through formal action when necessary. Recruit, interview, and recommend candidates for open positions. Assist leadership in drafting annual performance reviews for business office personnel. Track and analyze Accounts Receivable by individual biller and overall. Review and approve supply requisitions and assign clerical duties within the billing process. Participate actively in delivering outstanding customer service and fostering respectful relationships. Maintain and update the ClaimTrak System related to billing and registration, including charge master accuracy and billing code compliance. Serve on the ClaimTrak Committee to oversee system maintenance and liaise with vendors for issue resolution and enhancements. Education: Preferred: Associate's degree in Business or Medical Office Administration. Experience: Minimum of three years general office experience in a supervisory capacity. Preferred: Five years of medical office supervisory experience. Requirements and Skills: Strong coaching, counseling, and disciplinary skills. Excellent mathematical and reasoning abilities. Proficiency with personal computers and spreadsheet applications, including accurate spreadsheet development and report interpretation. Effective oral and written communication skills.
