ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional customer support in German through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat for e-commerce inquiries
Assist customers with order placements, product returns, and other inquiries related to online shopping
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve any issues that arise and improve the overall customer experience
Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system and follow up as needed
Gather feedback from customers to identify trends and suggest actionable improvements in service delivery
Stay updated on the latest products, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate assistance to customers
RequirementsFluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus
Previous experience in customer service, especially in an e-commerce setting, is highly desirable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on enhancing the customer experience
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
