Role Description This is a temporary, on-site role located in North Dakota, United States, for a Quality Control Manager. The role involves overseeing quality control programs, ensuring compliance with client and regulatory standards, conducting inspections and audits, and implementing corrective actions as needed. The Quality Control Manager will maintain and update quality documentation, collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines, and continuously improve processes and procedures to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety are met. Qualifications Strong understanding of Quality Assurance/Quality Control standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practicesExperience in conducting inspections, assessments, and audits for quality control processesProficiency in documentation management, report generation, and maintaining updated quality control recordsStrong problem-solving skills and experience implementing corrective and preventive actionsExceptional attention to detail, organizational abilities, and teamwork skillsProficient verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teamsBachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Quality Management, Engineering, or Industrial Technology) is preferredPrevious experience in the energy, chemical, or industrial sectors is highly beneficial
