Job Description PURPOSE OF JOB :To perform all activities related to Sanitation in the Food & Nutrition Department. The sanitation activities include areas such as patients, cafeteria, Snack Bar, and catered functions. Maintaining sanitation is a key part of providing a responsive healing environment for our patients and their families, and to improve the quality of life for all members of our community.
