Clinical Therapist Part-time Contract or Hourly

Job Description Description:Under the general direction of the clinical director the clinician will be responsible for:Provide psycho-therapeutic and psych-educational services to individuals, couples, families and groups;Provide individual therapeutic counseling to clients as assigned by the director;Provide clinical documentation such as treatment plans, assessments, and clinical notes;Attend program staffing and clinical staffing to participate in client progress reports and professional development;Report relevant information in a timely manner to clinical supervisor and/or program director;Provide case management to link clients with supportive services and provide follow up to referring agency;Operates within compliance with related federal, state and local regulations;Contact client directly for the purposes of follow up and case managementWork with office personnel to schedule clientsProvide crisis intervention, as needed;Other duties as assignedRequirements:Minimum qualifications include:LMHC, LPCC, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT or LPAT licensure in New MexicoThis position includes benefits prorated according to the number of hours worked for Serna Solutions as a .5 FTE or .75 FTE including, medical, dental, vacations, sick and mental health days.
