Please apply today!Responsibilities:Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all required documents from borrowers, loan officers, title companies, and other related industry professionalsMaintain an active rolling pipeline of funding per our guidelinesInteract with customers, realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth transactionCounsel borrowers to understand the pros and cons of different loan products to determine which is best for themMonitor the mortgage process to ensure all company and regulatory processes are adhered toQualifications:Must have an active NMLS Mortgage Originator LicenseRequires compliance with lending regulations bank underwriting guidelines and lending policiesUnderstanding of loan originator software such as Experian, LendingWise, or Calyx, and Office Suite highly preferredProvide excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, superior written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional decision-making abilityMultiple years of real estate, mortgage origination, or lending requiredAbout Company:The MMY Branch of Responsive Mortgage (Madison office) has a unique partnership with the top real estate team in South Central Wisconsin.
