CNC Senior Programmer/Machinist

Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a precision manufacturing company to hire a skilled Senior CNC Machinist. This role involves programming, setup, and operation of advanced CNC equipment producing high-precision components.Pay: $42/hr+ Depending on experienceKey Responsibilities:· Program, edit, and prove out G-code using Okuma OSP and Siemens/Heidenhain controls· Set up and operate Okuma Genos L300 CNC lathes (live tooling, offsets, chuck jaws, tailstock)· Set up and operate DMG MORI DMU 50 5-axis milling machines· Interpret complex blueprints, GD&T, and CAD models· Select tooling, fixturing, and machining strategies· Perform first-article and in-process inspections· Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and programming issues· Perform routine machine maintenance and tool changesQualifications:· 3–5+ years of CNC machining experience· MUST have Mastercam programming experience· Strong experience with 5-axis mills and turning centers· Proven experience with Okuma OSP controls· Experience with DMG MORI DMU 50 (5-axis)· Ability to read complex prints and GD&T· Proficiency in G & M code programming· Strong shop math and problem-solving skills
