Job ResponsibilitiesMaintain and follow all wage & hour compliance for local employeesConduct all required new hire paperwork and maintain employee files for employees on-siteCoordinate payroll functions and check distributionAssist leadership on special projectsDevelop and maintain client relationships to grow base business and improve retention of account baseAccountable for business reviews and key interactions with key clients within the local marketReview and analyze business performance using plan data and recommend decisions/approaches to address key operational opportunities and levers, including route sales growth optimization, pricing actions, product inventory, waste reduction, and labor costsRecruit, hire, train, coach, and counsel management staff and front-line personnel to provide ongoing support and developmentOptimize core processes and positively influence client relationships and business opportunitiesOwn and foster effective communication at all levels of the organizationEnsure daily operations are maintained as scheduledQualificationsAt least five years of experience in operations management in a related fieldRequires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceHigh energy level that is communicated to the team and exhibits a proven track record for growing businessOutstanding interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)Ability to lead in a diverse environment with a focus on client and guest serviceCandidates must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as neededCompensation: The salary range for this position is $75,000.00 to $80,000.00.Benefits: Aramark offers comprehensive benefit programs and services for eligible employees including medical, dental, vision, and work/life resources.
