Director – Margin Consulting (Surgeon-Facing Supply Chai Remote (50% Travel) Seeking a Director – Margin Consulting to lead large-scale healthcare supply chain cost optimization programs. This role acts as the primary client-facing leader, driving savings initiatives, managing teams, and engaging with C-suite stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Lead executive steering committees with CFOs and senior leadership Drive cost savings, budgeting, and gainshare performance tracking Manage teams (managers, consultants, analysts) and oversee delivery Identify savings opportunities and support business development initiatives Own client relationships and act as the primary engagement lead Required Skills: 8+ years in healthcare supply chain or consulting 3+ years in leadership roles managing teams Experience leading large-scale cost reduction programs Strong C-suite communication and stakeholder management skills Knowledge of clinical (implants, med/surg) and non-clinical categories
