Key Responsabilities Shipment and shipment cost creation for all EMEA destinations, all Incoterms, Shipments of products under CITES and SWISSMEDIC regulations, Creation and control of transport documentation, Creation, control, and correction of the electronic customs slip (EDEC) for Switzerland shipments, Management of the preparation of shipments with internal partners, Management and follow-up of shipments with freight forwarders and carriers, all incoterms, Information to affiliates and Customer Care on shipment status, Problems solving related to transport issues, Other different administrative tasks, Monitoring and updating department procedures and SOP’s. Writing, formatting, validation for ISO 9001, Continues improvement and optimization of transport department processes.
