E-Commerce Integration VA (with Cin7 Experience)Full-time. AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time).Key ResponsibilitiesPlatform Integration & ManagementCin7Configure, maintain, and optimize Cin7 as the central inventory and order management systemBuild and manage product records, BOMs, stock adjustments, and purchase ordersSet up and troubleshoot integrations between Cin7 and all connected sales channels and accounting platformsMonitor inventory levels and ensure real-time accuracy across all warehouses and locationsGenerate and interpret reports for stock, sales performance, and fulfillment metricsShopifyManage product listings, collections, pricing, and inventory sync between Shopify and Cin7Identify and resolve synchronization errors, order discrepancies, and fulfillment issuesOptimize the Shopify backend for performance, including apps, workflows, and automationCollaborate on store updates, promotions, and seasonal campaigns as neededeBayCreate, update, and manage eBay listings with accurate product data, pricing, and stock levelsEnsure Cin7-to-eBay integration is functioning correctly, with orders flowing and inventory adjusting in real-timeMonitor listing performance and troubleshoot any compliance or policy-related issuesStay current with eBay platform changes that may impact listings or integrationsXeroOversee the integration between Cin7 and Xero to ensure accurate financial data flowReconcile purchase orders, invoices, credit notes, and payment recordsIdentify and resolve discrepancies between inventory and accounting recordsWork closely with the finance team to support month-end and year-end processesProduct Content & Data ManagementCreate, maintain, and optimize product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, images, attributes, and pricingEnsure product data consistency across all platforms (Cin7, Shopify, eBay)Develop and enforce product data standards and naming conventionsConduct regular audits to identify and correct data gaps, errors, or inconsistenciesWorkflow Optimization & Process ImprovementIdentify inefficiencies across platforms and implement solutions to streamline operationsDocument standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all integration and platform management tasksProactively flag integration issues and lead troubleshooting efforts through to resolutionProvide recommendations on tools, automations, and platform upgrades to improve operational efficiencyRequired Skills & Experience3+ years of hands-on experience with Cin7 (formerly DEAR Inventory) in a similar operations or integration roleDemonstrated experience managing Shopify and eBay platforms in a retail or wholesale contextStrong working knowledge of Xero accounting and its integration with inventory management systemsSolid understanding of multichannel e-commerce operations, order management, and inventory controlHigh attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy and consistencyExcellent problem-solving skills with the ability to independently diagnose and resolve integration issuesStrong written communication skills for creating product content and internal documentationAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience with additional marketplace or e-commerce platforms (Amazon, WooCommerce, etc.)Familiarity with API-based integrations and third-party automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make)Background in product photography, SEO copywriting, or digital merchandisingExperience in wholesale, retail, or distribution environmentsWhat We OfferA dynamic, collaborative, and growing team environmentOpportunity to take ownership of critical systems and make a meaningful operational impactCompetitive salary commensurate with experienceFlexible working arrangementsIf you are a systems-savvy, detail-oriented professional who thrives at the intersection of technology and e-commerce operations, we would love to hear from you.J-18808-Ljbffr
