Safety is always a top priority.The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate should include the following:Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing production team, overseeing scheduling and daily work assignments.Strategically plan and coordinate material flow and resources to optimize production efficiency and meet output targetsChampion a culture of excellence by upholding stringent quality standards and ensuring compliance with all food safety protocolsInitiate and implement continuous improvement projects to enhance procedures, methods, and equipment effectivenessServe as a key liaison across departments to ensure seamless communication and collaborationThe background of the successful candidate must include the following:3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or food production environmentA high level of organizational and communication skills with the ability to motivate and direct a teamExperience working in a union environment and with conflict resolution is preferredStrong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)A solid work historyA US citizen or Green Card holder
