Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. This position is based near East Lansing, MI, with a full-time schedule of 35 hours per week. You'll work with a caseload of K-4th grade students, making a tangible impact on their communication and academic growth during the 2026 fall semester.Responsibilities:Deliver speech and language therapy services to elementary students, focusing on individual and group interventions.Assess, develop, and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to students' needs.Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed.Maintain accurate and timely documentation of progress notes, assessments, and compliance paperwork.Participate in IEP meetings, contributing your expertise to support optimal outcomes for the students you serve.Qualifications:Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.Active and valid SLP license for Michigan is required.Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) must be held.Previous experience in a school setting with K-4th grade students preferred.Candidates in the Clinical Fellowship (CF) year cannot be considered for this role.Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills are essential.This contract position starts August 17, 2026, and extends through November 20, 2026, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful difference during a key portion of the academic year.
