Open to Remote.Any additional information you require for this job can be found in the below text Make sure to read thoroughly, then apply.If local to Franklin, WI, 3 days onsite (M, T, W) will be required.About Advisory Services Advisory Services is a specialized team within the Investment Client Services Operations department.This team partners closely with financial representatives and internal stakeholders to deliver strategic guidance and tailored solutions for complex investment-related inquiries.The focus is on providing consultative support, ensuring operational excellence, and enhancing the client experience through proactive problem-solving and relationship management.Role Overview As an Investment Client Services Analyst in Advisory Services, you will act as a trusted resource for financial representatives and clients, offering expertise on investment products, operational processes, and regulatory considerations.This role goes beyond transactional service—it requires critical thinking, collaboration, and the ability to guide stakeholders through nuanced scenarios that impact client outcomes.Key Responsibilities Serve as a subject matter expert for investment products and advisory processes, providing consultative support to financial representatives and internal partners.Analyze complex inquiries, identify root causes, and deliver solutions that align with compliance and operational standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues and ensure seamless client experiences.Educate stakeholders on best practices, system capabilities, and process improvements to drive efficiency and accuracy.Contribute to strategic initiatives within Investment Client Services by sharing insights and recommending enhancements.Maintain a strong understanding of industry regulations, tax implications, and product features to support informed decision-making.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).3+ years of experience in investment operations, client services, or advisory support.Strong knowledge of investment products (e.g., VA, VL, VUL, retirement plans) and related tax considerations.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex scenarios.Proficiency in digital tools and systems; ability to explain technical concepts clearly.Series 6/7/63 preferred Why Join Advisory Services?
